// what it costs

How much does a website cost?

Less than an agency, more than a template — and we tell you the number before we start. Because we're an AI-accelerated build studio, you're paying for a custom build rather than three months of project management.

What actually drives the price

Not page count. What moves the number is functionality: bookings, payments, logins, customer accounts, integrations with systems you already run, and whether we're writing the copy from scratch. A five-page site with a contact form and a five-page site with a checkout are different builds.

A typical small business website with the usual essentials — proper structure, mobile-first, enquiry routing, email confirmations, search setup — lands in the low four figures.

The real cost of cheap websites

Cheap websites are rarely cheap. The bargain build gets abandoned because nobody can edit it, or it's slow, or it never appears in search, or the form quietly stopped working eight months ago and nobody noticed. Then you pay again to have it done properly.

Affordable and cheap aren't the same thing. We aim for the first: a fair price for something that works, loads fast and gets found.

Fixed quote, no surprises

One short chat, then a fixed quote covering the whole build. No hourly billing, no change-request invoices, no discovery phase you pay for before anything gets made. If the scope genuinely changes we re-quote before doing the work, not after.

Most builds go live in days, so the money isn't tied up for months either.

Ongoing costs, honestly

You'll need a domain and hosting — usually a few pounds a month. Beyond that, only what you choose: email sending, payment processing fees, an SMS service if you want reminders. There's no compulsory retainer and no licence fee for your own website.

Common questions

How much does a website cost?

A small business website with the usual essentials typically lands in the low four figures, quoted as one fixed price before we start. Larger apps and tools are quoted per build.

Do you offer cheap websites?

We offer affordable custom websites, which is a different thing. You're not paying for months of process, so the price is far lower than agency quotes without dropping to template quality.

Are there ongoing costs?

Only the unavoidable ones — domain and hosting, usually a few pounds a month — plus anything you choose, like email sending or payment processing. No mandatory retainer.

How do you quote?

One short chat, then a fixed quote. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices, no surprise line items at the end.
